School is back in full swing today and I am running around to get my students (and self) back on schedule. I hope everyone is adjusting to the year 2016 and not messing up the year on their papers too much! I already had to rewrite the date on the board for the class because I wrote 2015…. oops!
My winter vacation was pretty spectacular. I didn’t feel like it went by too fast, I accomplished a lot, and I spent so much time with my favorite people. I feel very fortunate that teaching allows me to be home with my family for the holidays. We went to school every day from August 1 until December 18th with only a week break for Thanksgiving. The students and teachers were exhausted, but now we are all back, refreshed and ready to learn!
Here are some of the best photos from my fourteen day break.

I’m glad you were able to relax and refresh over break. I am always soo soo bad about writing the date correctly after the New Year. I’ll still be writing 2015 until March, hehe.

My students have been calling me out if I make a mistake so I have been trying SO HARD to write it correctly, haha.
