Today I’m sharing a life lately update since we were married, plus a delicious and easy Crab Artichoke Dip in a Bread Bowl recipe.
Today I have started studying for the Praxis…Yes, I want to be a teacher, and no I have never taken any sort of Education classes…but I can’t go into any more detail than that for now.
Today is my nephew’s third birthday. This little man can be so funny! Earlier today I called to sing to him and I asked how old he was turning. He proudly told me “I is turning 16.” I stifled a laugh and said, “Wow you’re old!”

Ingredients
Method
- 1. Open the crab cans and drain the meat of the juice. Put the crab in a large mixing bowl. Squeeze 1/2 of the lemon's juice over the crab. Add salt and pepper.
- 2. Mix in cream cheese (room temp), sour cream, mayo, sliced green onions, artichokes, Old Bay, dried parsley, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, 1/2 bag of the Italian cheese.
- 3. Taste test for salt/pepper. Add appropriately.
- 4. Bake the dip at 400 F for 20 minutes.
- 5. Remove the hot dip from the oven and carefully scoop it into the hollowed out bread bowl set on a cookie sheet. Covered the dip in the rest of the shredded cheese and bake it for 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.

That dip looks SOOOOO good!
Sounds like a great night out 🙂
I just took the Praxis in January. Don’t study too much! You’ll realize that most of it is common knowledge from your Education classes {at least it should be!}
I have been looking for a crab dip recipe, and this looks like it just might fit the bill! Looks like you had a fun weekend 🙂
Aren’t little kids so creative and witty?! I can’t wait to try the crab dip recipe! Thanks so much for sharing (as always!)
