Reminder: Mr. and Mrs. Bear are on their honeymoon in Hawaii!!
In the meantime Mrs. Bear’s girlfriend (that’s me) will be taking over the blog. See the picture below, I’m the shorter one, just thought I would get everyone in the Halloween spirt.
If you don’t mind, let me give you a quick summary of Mrs. Bear from a best girl friend’s point of view. Mrs. Bear and I have been best g/f’s since senior year in highschool, we knew eachother before then but it just really clicked senior year. The rest is history. However, since I’ve known Mrs. Bear, she has made many life changes, risks and sacrifices that you may not know about.
Mrs. Bear went to Uconn and made many great friends there, there are pictures of those lovely ladies from her bachelorette posts. Then, she took a chance (for the man she needed to know more about) and did a “semester abroad” to the University of Tennesse. She then loved it there and decided to transfer for the rest of her college career.
In this major move in her life, she left behind her family, new friends, snow (changing seasons), and being close to home. What she didn’t leave behind was her love, for everyone. Mrs. Bear was in Tennessee and I was Boston but whenever we talked or saw eachother it was like nothing changed (but this post isn’t about us). It’s about her love for her family… She has such a devotion and compassion for her family that she never stopped caring for them or learning all about there lives. With two new members in Mrs. Bear’s family (her unbelievably adorable nephews Ian and Finny) you would think it would be hard to remember an Aunt that lives so far away. No…whenever I am around them I can tell how much she cares about them and they care about her.
Okay, I’ll stop blabbing and finally share some pictures of Mrs. Bear and all of her beautiful family. I’ll leave you with this, with Mrs. Bear in my life, I understand what a genuine, loving person is really like.
