Smoothies are a great choice for an afternoon snack to improve your natural energy. They are an easy way to increase your intake of nutrients quickly too.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp beetroot powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 c strawberries freeze dried or fresh
  • 1/2 c bananas freeze dried
  • 1 c raspberries freeze dried or fresh
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 c water
  • 2 c ice
  • 1 tbspn honey
  • 1 tspn Vitamin C powder

Method
 

  1. 1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until completely smooth.
