Make an easy marinade for chicken in a ziploc bag.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken breast boneless
  • 1/2 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 c brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Equipment

  • Ziploc Bag

Method
 

  1. 1. Mix all ingredients in a large Ziploc Bag or divide between two medium size bags.
  2. 2. Add chicken breast and make sure it's coated in the bag.
  3. 3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
