1. Be OK with Not Being OK.

Once you are OK with not being OK, the next difficult step is to Ask for Help. I’m not saying you need to run out to find a therapist – try talking to someone you love and trust first.

Stop the Negative Self-Talk

Say NO to the things that don’t feel good or right.

Move your body. It’s incredible what a WALK outside can do for your mind, body, and health.

Make Time for YOU.
