Must Haves for Your Bed and Bath | Kohl’s White Sale

While shopping for our new home, Annabelle has had a lot to say about what we buy. We’ve taken advantage of the White Sale at Kohl’s to get the necessities for the girls’ bathroom and our bedroom. With sales on Columbia, The Big One, Mohawk, and Serta from 8/22 – 9/3, there is so much to choose from for must haves in your bed and bath rooms. Annabelle insisted on a big cozy bathroom rug, oversized soft towels, a warm throw blanket and fluffy pillows.

For the Bath

The colors in the bathroom are a bit unique as the previous owners tiled everything but the walls in pink and chose a vanity color to match. The space in front of the vanity is narrow, but long, so we had to find a rug in the right shade that fits just right. Annabelle found a purple bathroom rug by Mohawk that’s so soft she says it feels like she is walking on marshmallows.

There is nothing better than brand new fluffy towels and we found the perfect set for the girls’ bathroom.  Quick dry and ultra absorbent are two features in a towel many people will agree are important. We found an incredible deal on Columbia Performance Towels at Kohl’s both my daughters love to wrap themselves up in after a tubby. There is nothing worse than a towel that leaves fuzz all over your body when wet and these towels leave nothing behind when you’re drying off. We picked up a few hand towels as well.

For the Bed

Before bedtime, the girls like to cozy up on the couch together to read books. Annabelle is always cold (even on the hottest days), so we picked out a warm ultra plush blanket by The Big One. The sisters drag their blanket everywhere around the house because it is oversized and so comfortable.  

I couldn’t forget about my husband while shopping at Kohl’s during their White Sale. He is a side sleeper and The Big One makes a pillow just for him. Brandon usually steals my pillow to hold while he sleeps on his side, but now there isn’t any reason for him to do so.

For myself, I picked up an Allergen Barrier pillow for $19.99 (reg 39.99) by Columbia. The pillow protects the sleeper from household allergens, like dust, that can build up over time. The pillow also wicks away moisture to stay cool and comfortable all night long, which is helpful for me when I have night sweats.
