Spring Break: 5 Southern “Gents,” 2 Northern Belles, Booze and a Boat
Hi Everyone! Miss Jose Cuervo here from A Fabulous Flask of Tequila, guest blogging for my BFF while she is out enjoying her Spring Break in Norway. I really think she should be here in Montreal spending her Spring Break with me, but hey I can’t have it all!
Since I can’t be with Catalyn this Spring Break I going to share a Spring Break we shared circa 2007! Some of you may or may not know this but Catalyn and I are both from Connecticut originally and we both transferred to the University of Tennessee in 2005 and have been besties ever since.
We have shared a couple of wonderful(and by wonderful I mean a drunk blur) spring breaks together but I am going to share this one with you all.
We went on a Carnival Cruise with Catalyn’s now Hubby B and 3 other of our guy friends from college.
Here’s all of us at Senor Frogs, I think we are missing one in this picture and gained our waiter!
Here we are drunk on St. Patty’s day! Love Catalyn’s velor green sweatsuit!
This might be the only pic of all us together!
Oh! What do you know, here’s me with a tequila shot!
Had to get a little March Madness in! GO VOLS!
There is a great story to this picture and I know I also have video’s and I have searched and searched for them but can’t find them!! errrr (Actually I know Catalyn has them but I can’t get them from her now!)
Well this is our friend Harold and a Carnival Cruise dancer.
Harold who of course was drunk entered a Karaoke contest one night on the boat, not really knowing it was a contest.
The contest was to pick vacationers to perform in the Final Show on the boat. They had to impersonate real singers and perform a song of theirs.
Well Harold ended up winning…I am not really sure how (because he is terrible, no offense buddy) but he did.
He was Carnival Cruises next Ricky Martin.
Kisses for Senor Frog, drinks in hand
Putting shaving cream on a passed out Harold
Robbie taking advantage of all the free food! It looks like he is almost at his limit for this meal.
Formal night, we actually don’t look wasted in this picture….except for Robbie on the far right, sounds about right!
Ah, this more like it. They don’t call me Miss. Jose Cuervo for nothing!
One of my favorite pictures of us!
We made some friends, they may be old but they were awesome!
Dancing at the White Heat Disco
And finally…Harold hitting on a grandmother
We had such a great time. Harold as Ricky Martin, people who will remain nameless losing all their money at the casino. Sneaking liquor on the boat in 2 liter soda bottles, getting caught with our own liquor, tequila shots on the beach, doing the electric slide at the White Heat Disco, among many other memories we will have forever!
I really wish I was back in College with all these guys, living it up! The days when life was simple and carefree.
